Who we need  
Nomis Solutions is seeking an exceptional Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our US sales team. We have introduced enhanced product value props to banks and lenders and you will play a key role in bringing our solutions to market by covering an assigned group of financial institution accounts. You will be a proactive face of our company within the market, responsible for all aspects of business development, pipeline creation and management, and closing. In selling to new prospective customers, you will partner closely with our technical sales and product teams to understand financial institution business priorities and challenges and illustrate how the Nomis solution ecosystem can support their objectives and create value.

What you will do 
Own your accounts.  Own the Outcome is a core value of Nomis, and we want sales professionals who demonstrate full ownership of their account assignments daily.  This means getting to know your prospects through proactive outreach and relationship building, originating creative ways to connect with them and, ultimately, creating and adapting an account-based sales plan that results in consistent pipeline creation and bookings.  You will cover an account base comprised of top national, regional and large community banks above $10bn in assets, and large auto finance companies.   

Earn trust. You will foster trusted working relationships with prospects within the market, understand their objectives and challenges, and identify solutions that move their business forward.  Equally important, you will earn the confidence of your teammates across the organization as a key external representation of everything we do, trusted to bring our solutions to market in a compelling and responsible way.  

Be a subject matter expert. You will develop your knowledge of our solutions and identify tangible opportunities for our software to create value. You will deliver compelling, differentiated presentations and demos that communicate a clear value proposition and are tailored to the financial institution’s objectives.  

Collaborate. While you are the face of our company and accountable for designing the go to market plan for your territory, you have a broad support team behind you.  Frequent, clear communication and facilitating open dialogue/debate with your partners across Marketing, Finance, Legal, and the Nomis Leadership team, will be critical to your ability to develop collaborative solutions and motivate your support network to help you win new business.  

What you bring 
Enterprise sales experience. You have 5+ years selling solutions to large banks and credit union with complex sales cycles.  You understand the nuances of enterprise sales and demonstrate a knowledge of all the things it takes to regularly win.  You have experience leading all stages of the sales cycle: 

  • Prospecting and business development 

  • Needs discovery and value prop alignment 

  • Conducting demos 

  • Developing proposals 

  • Negotiating commercial terms 

  • Contracting 

Hunger and humility. You have a persistent and unflappable desire to develop relationships and grow your network.  You don’t view any activity as beneath you and will do whatever it takes to deliver results for your customers and the company, from cold prospecting to leading executive stakeholder meetings.  

Interpersonal skills. You thrive in an autonomous role and are also a valuable team member. You have an authentic and engaging communication style.  You understand the value of empathy and are an active listener that seeks to understand prior to opining.  You naturally understand when to compromise and when to hold firm, all in a way that deepens the strength of your relationships with others.     

Flexibility. You are willing and able to travel to prospect meetings as needed.  

Vision. You have a strategic and forward-thinking mindset which will enable you to anticipate the needs of our customers and work with our technical sales and product teams to make that a reality, both short and long term.
